Patient Responsibility
Patients have a right to be treated with respect and a responsibility to use the services appropriately, in particular to cancel appointments when not required. Appointments can be cancelled by calling 01642 745 350 or using our online service SystmOnline
The practice has a policy of Zero Tolerance towards violence, aggression or abuse and we will remove patients from the list if this responsibility is not observed.
